Grief

Grief, they say comes in stages.
Engulfing you through darkness of anger, denial, sadness in motions.
Science explains how your brain goes haywire. Its clinical, you see.

Grief, they say happens to those weak people. Not us. We simply carry on wearing the scarlett pink which covers our invisible bruises.

Grief, they say should be over by now. It’s about time.Just like a packaged food expiry date.

Grief, they say should get better with a help of a therapist. But it’s too personal to discuss. Oh good grief! We can deal it by ourselves.
( P.S. Do watch After Life if you want to laugh and cry in a matter of minutes. There are many reasons to watch the show but primarily as there is nothing like it anywhere 🙂 )
